Josh and Joy Crank are working in Naga City, planting a new church in a city renowned for a focus on the worship of Mary. This church plant has a focus on discipleship and is located in the heart of a complex of local colleges and has a strong connection to a community of working poor. In addition, Joshua helps teach at a local bible school and contributes to and edits a local academic journal promoting excellent Christian scholarship in rural Philippines. Joshua and Joy also hold several roles in leadership with World Team serving at the local field and global level. The Cranks have four boys: Josiah, Caleb, Rafael, and Isaiah. The Cranks were a part of GBC for over 10 years and moved to the Philippines in 2015.

• Pray for the successful building of a community that will launch Filipino ministers into local and global missions
• Pray for meaningful engagement in unreached populations in the Naga City area
• Pray for our kids to navigate the unique challenges of third culture kids and come out fully mature and Christ-loving people
