Ways to Connect

Community develops as relationships are formed, and relationships form as women connect with one another. Below are opportunities for women at Grace Bible Church to come together and connect with one another.

Connection Lunches
How this works is you self-select into a group that fits your location/day-to-day routine by emailing the point of contact email listed. Just click on her name and it will connect you to her email. She'll email out a location/date/time of gathering once she has some other names.  And yes, if you see more than one that you're interested in connecting with, you can contact more than one of these.

Cy-Fair (Moms @ home; children welcome): Jane Schatte
Downtown: Nikki Ellis
Energy Corridor: Krystina Newland
Galleria: Megan Mazzapica
Greenway Plaza: Ali Moses
Heights: Dawn Clark
Medical Center.: Mary Schaeffer
Memorial (West of Voss): Emily Lewis
Memorial (Voss/San Felipe & East): Kristen Hillman
Midtown: Sara Prasatik
Oak Forest (Moms @ home; children welcome): Kati Auld
Small Business Owners: Amy King
Sugarland: Kacie Forrest
Timbergrove (Moms w/ young ones @ her house): Chevonne Greaser

And here’s another option that is not GBC sponsored but has a GBC point of contact. POLISHED: A city-wide monthly luncheon with the purpose of gathering young professional women to navigate their careers and faith. Each month there is a luncheon and guest speaker. Contact Rachel Radford for more info!

Connection Dinners
Women’s Connection Dinners are just another way to meet other women at GBC. The purpose of these dinners is to bring together GBC women for an evening of food and conversation. Hopefully, you’ll leave with at least one new connection from the evening that you look forward to seeing again.

If you’re interested, the first step is simply signing up using the link below. After enough names are gathered, our Connection Dinner Coordinator will connect names with a hostess.

These dinners are not planned with a specific frequency or on a particular night, rather they will happen when the hostesses have availability in their calendar and when we have enough women who have signed-up to make it happen. Once a dinner is in the works, Grace will reach out to you with an invitation. If you can’t make it due to scheduling, just let your hostess and our coordinator (gbconnectiondinner@gmail.com) know and you will be kept on the list for a future connection dinner.

To sign up, please use the following link:

WorkFaith Connection: On the second Tuesday of each month, GBC volunteers at the 290 location (4555 Dacoma, 77092) from 6-8 p.m. Volunteers paricipate in one of two activities:
1. Call graduates to update information, encourage, and pray.
